Custom carpentry and woodworking built for vessel environments — where dimensions are never standard, access is restricted and the work has to survive constant motion, humidity and heavy use.
Request a Quote →A broken panel in a corridor or a door that no longer closes never looks urgent — until the inspection fails it or the crew complains. The obstacle is rarely the complexity of the work: it is finding someone able to execute inside a vessel, where dimensions are never standard, access is up a gangway, and the finished piece has to survive constant motion, humidity and heavy use.
We measure on board, fabricate the piece already dimensioned to the real opening, and install within the window you actually have. Nothing is improvised on site with a saw in hand — which cuts the time the vessel is tied up and removes the rework that shows up in the next cycle.
Yes. Most of the work happens at our facility; only the installation happens on board, planned around the window you have — alongside, at anchor or in dry dock.
No. Photos and a description are enough for a commercial estimate. Precise measurement happens before fabrication, not before the quotation.
It depends on the area and on the classification society requirement. We specify it together with your technical team and record the standard used in the quotation, so you can audit it.
Send us your requirement and our team will review the scope and get back to you. Partial information is fine — we will come back with the questions that matter.
