The problem

A floor with a compromised subfloor is not fixed by replacing the covering alone — the infiltration or unevenness reappears within months. Finding that out late, with the new covering already installed, means redoing the whole job.

How we solve it

We assess the subfloor before specifying the covering. When there is unevenness, infiltration or structural damage, we fix the cause first — and only then install the final flooring, with confidence it will last the expected cycle.

How do I know if it is the subfloor or just the covering?

An on-site technical assessment identifies this before we quote — we do not recommend replacing covering over a compromised subfloor.

Can you work with the area in partial use?

It depends on the extent of the repair. We plan execution in sections when the area cannot be fully closed off.

How long does a subfloor repair take?

It varies with extent and drying time between stages. We state the real timeline in the RFQ reply, not a generic estimate.
