The problem

The acrylic part a vessel needs almost never exists off the shelf — it is a guard, a window or a technical component with a shape and size specific to the layout on board, and buying from a catalogue means adapting something that was not made for that space.

How we solve it

We fabricate to measure from the actual requirement: we measure, specify the thickness and acrylic type suited to the use, and deliver the piece ready for installation, with no improvised adaptation on site.

Can you replicate a piece already on board?

Yes. With a photo and the main dimensions we can replicate the piece, even without the original drawing.

Does the acrylic withstand continuous sun exposure?

We specify the type suited to the area's exposure — pieces for external areas get a different specification than internal ones.

What is the lead time for a custom piece?

It depends on the piece's complexity and size. We state the real lead time in the RFQ reply.
